PRESENTATION

I breed Poms in a small scale in home environment which allows me to concentrate on every litter individually. My Poms are beloved family members who live freely at the house and have a garden at their disposal where they can play and run free. As a breed, Poms are active, smart and loving dogs and it is their sweet appearance combined with a charming and intelligent temperament which makes living with them so much fun. The coat needs regular but not excessive brushing to look great at all times.

I have had Poms since 1987 when I bought my first Pom in France where I had ived. At first I only had boys, but then decided to acquire a couple of girls and start breeding. I have actively shown since I bought my first Pom, both in Finland and abroad, and as a result my Poms have obtained many international and national championship titles. I have also worked several years in our breed club holding different positions, and have tried to acquire as much information of the breed as possible through my foreign friends and by reading as much as possible and also by following several groups in the social media where other breeders share their knowledge and experiences.

My goal is to breed healthy, sound, happy Poms with a lively and open temperament that would be of the right breed type with sweet heads and sound construction. The breed type has always been very important for me. Every litter I make is carefully planned. I concentrate on the quality and not on producing many litters a year. I use for breeding only health checked individuals who have also obtained some show results.

I find it very important that my Poms go to loving and responsible homes where they can live as family members and feel that they are important. Because I do not intend to keep too many dogs at home to be able to give all of them individual care and attention, I very often place promising puppies on breeding terms to guarantee that they get all the love and care they deserve.
